Dashboard Overview
Understand your main dashboard and what each section means.
What is the Dashboard?
The dashboard is your main control center in PostLoudly. It provides a comprehensive overview of your social media performance, recent activity, and key metrics—all in one place. When you log in, the dashboard is the first page you see.
Stats Cards
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four key metric cards:
Total Posts
The total number of posts you've created across all platforms.
Includes published, scheduled, and draft posts.
Total Engagement
The sum of all engagement metrics (likes, saves, clicks, comments) across all your posts.
Updated when you sync your accounts.
Total Reach
An estimate of how many people have seen your content.
Calculated based on engagement and impressions data.
Engagement Rate
The percentage of people who engaged with your content relative to your reach.
Higher rates indicate more effective content.
Each stat card shows a change indicator (up, down, or no change) comparing the current period to the previous period, helping you track your performance trends.
Recent Activity Feed
The Recent Activity section shows a chronological feed of your latest actions:
- Post Publications: When you publish posts to your social media accounts
- Account Connections: When you connect new social media accounts
- Account Syncs: When you sync account data to update metrics
The feed shows the 5 most recent activities, helping you keep track of what's been happening in your account.
Follower Growth Chart
The Follower Growth section displays a visual line chart showing how your follower count has changed over time:
- Line Chart: Visual representation of follower growth across all connected accounts
- Legend: Shows which line represents which account, with platform icons and colors
- Total Growth: Summary of total follower growth across all accounts
- Time Period: Tracks growth over the last 30 days
This chart helps you visualize your growth trends and identify which accounts are growing fastest. Sync your accounts regularly to keep this data up to date.
